Bio

Elizabeth Zoley studied Occupational Therapy at Florida International University from 2002–2004. Graduating at the top of her class, she has since built over 21 years of experience providing developmentally based pediatric services across a variety of settings. Her experience spans hospital-based outpatient and inpatient care for both pediatric and adult populations, pediatric private practice, Early Intervention home-based services, and school-based programs, including autistic inclusion preschool clusters and integrated autism preschool clusters. She also has six years of experience working in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) and Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU).

Elizabeth has received specialized training in Sensory Integration Therapy, Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP) listening program, Body Mind Centering-Infant Development Education (IDME), feeding therapy, Handwriting Without Tears-handwriting remediation, primitive reflex integration, visual integration. She has worked with children with a wide range of diagnoses, including but not limited to ADHD, Autism, chromosomal anomalies, Cerebral Palsy, Down Syndrome, prematurity, developmental delays, Sensory Processing Disorder, visual-motor delays, and fine motor delays.

In 2014, Elizabeth expanded her scope of practice to further empower parents and enhance the therapeutic process. She completed a dual-certification program through The Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (IPEC), becoming both a Life Coach and a Master Practitioner in Energy Leadership. Her goal was to integrate her extensive occupational therapy expertise with coaching strategies to positively influence therapy outcomes and support families more effectively.

Elizabeth founded Affect Integrative Therapy in 2015 and has spent the past 11 years working closely with families using this integrative, parent- and child-centered approach, which has continued to evolve through ongoing curiosity and learning within the integrated therapy process. It has been, and continues to be, Elizabeth’s passion to walk alongside families, helping them recognize strengths, shift patterns, and nurture connection in ways that are intentional, respectful, and deeply affirming.
